Sales Counter Manager (Facial Skincare products)

Job Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and managing the entire operations of the assigned counter, ensuring perfect maintenance of counter.
• Run day to day store operations.
• Motivate, lead and coach Beauty Advisor.
• Manage stock inventory, ensuring healthy stock level at all times.
• To develop each Beauty Advisor's potential.
• In charge of incentive and commission scheme to motivate the team to increase sales and preparation of Beauty Advisor.
• Provide training to new staffs.
Requirements:
• Able to manage and lead a team of 4 to 5
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.
• Required skill(s): Good leadership abilities, Good communication skill, Strong team leader and motivator, Highly self motivated results oriented, Managerial Operations.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
