Supply Chain Executive
Responsibilities :
• Weekly order replenishment & planning of the delivery schedule
• Stock-count for both Warehouse & Counters
• Liaise with warehouse for storage & inventory discrepancy with SAP system
• Liaise with Local & Oversea vendor on Shipment ETA
• Manage all import and export shipments registration with HAS and ensure all products have valid licenses
• Daily update of SAP & POS system for better workflow and decision making
Requirements :
• Diploma in Business Management / Supply Chain Management
• Singaporeans Only
• 3 years experiences in Beauty Industry Supply Chain Management with SD & MM modules for SAP system
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, IBM AS400 & ERP visual basic planning will be advantage
Others :
• Work days – 5 days’ work week
• Location – Raffles Place
