Sales Assistant
Description:
• Creating and maintaining clients’ accounts
• Maintain files and records in the client database.
• Provide pre-appointment document to clients.
• Schedule appointments for client on the appointment date.
• Prepare follow-ups that the adviser acquired
• Accurately complete and forward the necessary documents after a sale.
• Maintain records on the sales, production and other products for the advisor and client.
• Updating the adviser and team members of the client details and document progress.
• Process incoming email and inquires.
