Responsibilities:
• Manage travel arrangements and office supplies
• Liaise with vendors such as stationeries, contractors
• Calculate employees’ working hours & OT (simple calculations)
• Screen CVs and do job postings
• Answer phone calls
• Supporting the HR & Recruitment Team
• Data entry and filings
• Ad-hoc duties given by superiors
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Good writing skills
