Customer Service/Administration Officer

Singaporeans and PRs only.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer service and administration-related tasks
2. Update product/inventory/customer/supplier lists
3. Liase with clients (individuals and organizations) and suppliers on a daily basis
4. Responsible for Ordering, Invoicing, Logistics arrangements, Payment and Data Collection
5. Basic accounting work
6. Basically cover all tasks involved with the running of the backend of the business
Requirements:
1. GCE 'N' Levels/Diploma with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
2. Able to write and converse well in English (and Mandarin).
3. Computer literate and good in MS Office; Powerpoint and Excel.
4. Excellent communication skills ? both verbal and written, good phone etiquette,
5. Presentable and professional; effective time-management skills and is highly organized
6. Copes well under pressure; is flexible, able to multi-task and prioritize.
7. Strong sense of responsibility, takes the initiative, manages deadlines, is resourceful and
8. picks up new tasks quickly
9. Conscientious, professional and able to exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive
situations.
10. Focus on accuracy and attention to detail and most importantly, keen to learn, positive and engaging in taking up challenges
