Account Executive

Accounts Executive (AR & Credit Control)
Location: Old Chua Chu Kang Road
Responsibilities:
• Handle full Sets of Account Receivable (Overseas)
1. Credit control of local & overseas clients
2. Credit control of inter-company accounts
3. Generate Ageing reports
4. Resolve customers’ dispute on statement of accounts
• Assist in month end closing
1. GST Reporting
2. Bank reconciliation
3. Management reports
Requirements:
• Minimum CAT/LCCI/Accounting Diploma
• 2-3 years of AP/AR/Credit Control experience
Working Details:
• 5 ½ work week (alternate Saturday)
• Mon-Fri: 8.15am - 5.15pm, Sat: 8.45am - 12.45pm
• Transportation & Lunch provided
• Dress code: Casual, Polo T provided
