PERMANENT FINANCE OFFICER

LOCATION - OUTRAM
WORKING HOURS - 8.30AM TO 6.00PM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
8.30AM TO 1.00PM (SATURDAY, ONCE A MONTH)
{FRIDAY OFF FOR SATURDAY DUTY)
SALARY - $2200 - $2800.00
QUALIFICATION - Higher NITEC or LCCI diploma in Accounting or equivalent
MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE AND COMMUNICATE IN MANDARIN SO AS TO ENABLE TO LIAISE WITH MANDARIN SPEAKING CLIENTS
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing company’s Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions including issue of invoice and update receipts
· Process claims and reimbursements
· Data Entry into Accounting software
· Accounting operations such as prepare payment vouchers, prepare cheques etc. and Month-end closing
· Generating monthly Financial Reports including Inter-Company billing, foreign exchange revaluations, accruals and adjustments
· Any other ad hoc duties as assign
