*Immediate* Computer Service Technician wanted! Salary Nego!
Responsibilities:
• To determine details of the issues with the equipment
• To inspect units for any cosmetic defects and exclusion clauses and advise the customer accordingly
• To disassemble and assemble equipment to examine parts, for wear or defects or for repairs
• To repair the equipment using specific tools and devices
• To ensure that the equipment that is repaired is serviced well so as to prevent unnecessary breakdowns or re-work
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
• Min 1 year hands-on and working experience in a similar capacity
• Min Level 2: Repair skills (replacement of parts level)
• Required skills: computer hardware and software troubleshooting, Computer Hardware Assembling and Disassembling, Testing and Diagnostic software
• Able to communicate with customers in English
• Those without experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply as Trainee.
